AUTO PAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

You hereby authorize regularly scheduled charges to your selected payment method. Your payment method will be charged automatically every thirty (30) days from the day you place your order for the full duration of your rental term.

• Scope of Authorization: You agree that any and all fees associated with the rental as defined in your Rental Contract (including but not limited to monthly rent, security deposits, and any applicable late fees or surcharges) will be automatically charged to the selected payment method on file by ROOMO LLC.

• No Prior Notification: You agree that no prior notification needs to be provided by ROOMO LLC before each automatic monthly payment.

• Duration: This authorization will remain in effect until you cancel it by emailing hello@roomonyc.com. Please note that canceling this authorization does not terminate your lease or waive your obligation to pay any outstanding balances under the Rental Contract to ROOMO LLC.

• Payment Rejection: If the payment method is rejected for any reason, we may, at our sole discretion, attempt to process the payment again. If payments remain unsuccessful, ROOMO LLC reserves the right to attempt charges on any other stored and eligible payment methods we have on record in our system.

• Late Payments: Unsuccessful payments that are not resolved within the grace period defined in the Rental Contract will result in late fees and interest as specified in said Contract.

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for keeping all payment methods up to date. Changes to your payment method must be made at least one (1) business day prior to the payment due date. ROOMO LLC reserves the right to cancel this automatic recurring payment for any reason and will provide you notice of the same.
